Refund policy
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has a right of withdrawal within 14 days following receipt of the order, without needing to provide any justification. This period begins upon receipt of the final item in the case of a split delivery. However, pursuant to Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, this right does not apply to items:

Made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized,

Unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.
MYSTERYJOY – Unique, made-to-measure jewelry.
MYSTERYJOY jewelry is not subject to the return policy, as each piece is custom-made to order for each client. As each item is unique, no return label will be provided, and no refunds will be issued. However, a store credit may be offered in the event of an accepted return, and exchanges are possible under certain conditions.
The return policy only applies in the event of receipt of a damaged, defective item, or one with a manufacturing fault. In such cases, the Buyer must immediately contact customer service at info@mysteryjoy.com.
Items that are incomplete, broken, damaged, deteriorated, soiled, or show signs of use or wear will not be exchanged or credited as a store voucher and will be returned to the Buyer.
A store credit corresponding to the amount of the returned items, including shipping fees, will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after the returned items are received by MYSTERYJOY.
Return shipping costs are fully covered.
In all cases, the Buyer must return the items in their original packaging, complete (box, certificate of authenticity, accessories, protective elements, tags, booklets, etc.).

Items that are returned incomplete, broken, damaged, deteriorated, soiled, or in any other condition reasonably indicating that they have been used or worn will neither be refunded nor exchanged and will be returned to the Buyer, unless a proven manufacturing defect or delivery-related damage is identified.
