MYSTERYJOY GUARANTEE
At MysteryJoy, each piece of jewelry is crafted with passion and meticulous care. To provide you with a worry-free and lasting experience, we offer a 2-year warranty on all our nylon rings, and a 1-year warranty on all our other jewelry, against any manufacturing defects or hidden flaws.
During this period, if your jewelry has a defect attributable to our manufacturing, we undertake to repair it free of charge or replace it, as appropriate. Once your jewelry is received in our workshops, an examination will be carried out to determine the origin of the defect. If it falls within the scope of our guarantee, the repair costs as well as the return costs will be fully covered by us.
⚠️ Please note: the warranty does not apply if the jewelry has been modified, repaired or resized outside our workshops.
REPAIR OUT OF WARRANTY
After the warranty period or in the event of uncovered damage (shock, scratch, accidental breakage, oxidation, resizing, etc.), we remain at your side. We will then provide you with a personalized quote for the repair or restoration of your jewelry, if this is technically feasible.
Simply contact us and send us your jewelry. Once received, our craftsmen will assess the condition of the piece and prepare a quote. If you accept this quote, the repair will begin as soon as possible.
TRANSPARENCY & KINDNESS
At MysteryJoy, we value transparency and trust. If an incident occurs (shock, snag, mishandling, etc.), we encourage you to inform us honestly. This will allow us to offer you a suitable solution and ensure the longevity of your jewelry.
